Clean, reliable, dedicated power complexes, delivering baseload power and thermal efficiency
OUR COMPANY
Solution
On-site use of electricity shifts the power plant model from utility power purchase agreements (PPA) to an avoided cost model, often at 2-3x PPA pricing, driving high flow through margins. Integrated geothermal power generation and compute complexes present multiple synergies and thermal efficiencies, providing significantly greater operating margin potential.
Geothermal resources provide reliable 24/7 baseload power with minimal variable cost, eliminating risk of fuel supply chain (gas/coal) or intermittent storage cost for clean energy (solar/wind). Great basin hydrothermal resources benefit from significant water output and low ambient air temperatures, enabling an integrated waste heat and cooling system with high thermodynamic efficiency through regenerative cycles and absorbtion chilling.
Nuclear, coal and natural gas pollution along with water requirements are sparking severe opposition to large scale data center development. Clean, reliable baseload power and water access is a key differentiator for geothermal as a optimal solution for sustainable development of the compute power needed for the AI economy.
OUR SITES
The great basin presents an optimal region for geothermal compute complexes with extensional hydrothermal resources in basin/range settings providing predictable, shallow drilling resources with favorable ambient temperatures.

HOW IT WORKS
AI enhanced reservoir model development and temperature, water and permeability confirmation through subsurface sampling and temperature gradient drilling. In house exploration and geologist team conduct field mapping (fault, geochemical and spectral), followed by contracted drilling confirmation and GeothermEx feasibility study.
Secure forward purchase agreements for power, compute and carbon credits. 3rd party design/development contracting and shovel-ready budget and cash flow model.
Secure construction financing and build-out timeline established.
Finalize partnerships along with production and injection drilling plan. Contract turn-key power block and data center construction. 18-24 months to go live power generation.
Continue expanding production capacity and iterative reservoir modeling. Add subsequent industrial complex partners and tenets.
